Broken or Damaged Item
If your item/s do arrived Damaged or Broken please contact us at aussiecustommanufacturing@gmail.com so that we may be able to rectify the issue with an affordable replacement solution. 

Custom Made Products
Unfortunately we cannot refund on Custom or Personalised Made Products. If you have any concerns or questions regarding your Custom Products please do contact us.

Non Custom Products
In line with Queensland Government Laws we cannot issue a refund if you change your mind. Any other issues with your product please contact us at aussiecustommanufacturing@gmail.com.
